The label, next to the research
Waking up three times a night to pee. A weaker stream. Blood sugar that keeps creeping up, and the fatigue that comes with it. I look up the public studies behind every supplement ingredient, note the dose they used, and put it next to the dose on the label. Then I read what people who actually bought the product say about it. Often none of it lines up, and I say so.

Why this site exists
Most supplement content is written to sell first and inform second. Better Vitality exists to do it the other way round. For every ingredient I look up the studies that are publicly available, record the dose they used, and compare it with what the label discloses. Then I read what buyers say in public forums and reviews, because that is where side effects and quiet disappointments turn up first. When a product hides its doses in a proprietary blend, I score it down for that. When the evidence is thin, I say the evidence is thin. A low score stays published.
Nothing here is medical advice, I have no medical background, and I have not taken the products I review. Every review lists what could not be verified.
A dose that never reached a study cannot be expected to reach a result. That is the whole test.
